Cancellation Policy

Session Retainer Fees are Non-Refundable. Both a retainer and signed contract are required to hold your date. Any applicable discounts will be applied to your remaining balance. Any remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to your session. If not, your session cannot take place and will be cancelled.   If the session is cancelled by the client for any reason, the photographer must be notified 24 hours prior to the session. Session retainer fees are non-refundable. Little and Sweet Photography reserves the right to terminate or cancel a session immediately in the event that a client or guests are disruptive, inappropriate or abusive in any way without refund.
