The newborn stage goes really fast,
but so does your growing baby's first year!
From the first gummy grins to the cake smash, your baby will go through many milestones in their first year and all are definitely photo worthy moments!

Milestone sessions document your baby's first year and can really be as little or as much as you like, your baby changes constantly! When baby starts to roll over, grab their toes, when they learn to scoot around however they want whether they're a hands and knees crawler or an elbow army crawler, when they're learning to take their first steps and as they're ready to celebrate their first birthday.
The time to book is now
To capture your baby's milestones as they reach them, it is best to book shortly before they are officially there so we can get you in before they're on to the next thing!
I know when I was documenting my niece's first year, she flew through her milestones so fast we only got one shot at each before she was on to the next one. Some babies like to take their time and enjoy the ride, others just want to get to the destination as quick as possible!

If wanting a smash session for your baby's first birthday, these must be booked at least 6-8 weeks in advance depending on the theme or type of set up you would like.
​
I take a small number of sessions each month so it is best to book your session at least 1-2 months before you expect your baby to reach an important milestone or earlier if possible!
About those cake smashes
Smash and Splash sessions are completely customized for you to any theme your heart desires. They don't have to be cake either, I mean some babies just don't like sweet stuff and that's alright!

You can choose any of your baby's favorite foods that they can safely consume at the time of their session and it is recommended that food allergies be ruled out before this time as well, just to be on the safe side!

Included with the session is a bubble bath after the smash to keep the fun going but also help clean your little one up, they can make a very big mess!

These sessions do vary in price depending on the theme chosen and how elaborate of a set up you would like so please reach out directly to discuss your options!
Fill your home with love
I can understand how busy life is and with a new baby, can definitely be a little hectic at times. Your mind is already going a mile a minute preparing for and welcoming home a new baby, and searching for the right photographer for your family, the last thing on your mind is how to actually enjoy your photos so they don't just live on your phone or computer for eternity!
Although you definitely receive the digital copies to share to your heart's content, it's just no comparison to looking up as you are sitting with your family and seeing everyone beautifully displayed on your walls.
